Forgotten UIS password?

If you forget your UIS password, the Department’s Helpdesk may be able to help you reset your UIS password. Otherwise, you will need to visit the UIS, as detailed on their support web site.

The UIS also offer self-service password recovery, using a token sent to a recovery email address or mobile phone number that you have previously configured. We recommend that you set this up, in case you ever need it. Details of the system are available on the UIS support web site.
