AV Support Services during COVID-19
The AV Support team is still be running a reduced service from home and will be contactable within the normal working hours as stated below. Please bear with us as we adjust to this new method of support.
Our priorities during this time will be focused on supporting distance learning and remote collaboration activities such as video conferencing, webinars, lecture recording and content creation. More information is frequently becoming available on this site so do check back for updates. Some of our normal services will be suspended due to Department closure- filming, equipment installations, equipment loans for example. If in doubt, do check with us.

The Department of Engineering has a dedicated Audio-Visual Support Service within ICS that manages and maintains Departmental audio-visual systems and provides support for their use.
8.30am to 4.30pm, Mon-Fri.
