The Department of Engineering has a dedicated Telephone Support team that provide first line assistance with all aspects of telephone provision within the Department.
In the first instance, where telephone problems are encountered or when seeking more general guidance on any aspect of the telephone system and related services, please contact IT Helpdesk.
The Department’s telephones are part of the wider University Telephone Network (UTN) that utilises Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) as the underlying technology. Telecommunications Office has a web portal, My.Phone that provides access to a number of useful telephone related services. It is possible to access My Phone both from within the University network and also externally while away from Cambridge.
