Computing help and supportMessages sent to your Engineering email address (crsid@eng.cam.ac.uk) will be forwarded to your University email address (crsid@cam.ac.uk).
Mail sent to your University address is normally delivered to Exchange Online, where you can read it with a program such as Outlook. If you do not wish to read your mail on Exchange Online, you can automatically forward all your incoming messages to an account elsewhere. However, you can’t close your Exchange Online account, as this would also remove your access to Microsoft Teams and other essential collaboration tools.
