Your card may be out of date and a new one has been issued by the University Card Office and Managed Print has the data for the new card, not the old one. If your card is out of date, email Security Admin to request a replacement. If your new card does not work, please contact the IT Helpdesk. The Managed Print Portal allows users to view details of their balance, transaction history and recent print jobs.
