Your card may be out of date and a new one has been issued by the University Card Office and Managed Print has the data for the new card, not the old one. If your card is out of date, email Security Admin to request a replacement. If your new card does not work, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

Staff, postgraduate students and official visitors are entitled to print for free within defined limits. Undergraduate students are allocated a £5 free credit per academic year. Usage is monitored to identify where misuse may be taking place.

Access control is in place to prevent unauthorised access and abuse. Per user usage monitoring will also provide useful insights into how the wider service is used and help inform future provision.

The Managed Print Portal allows users to view details of their balance, transaction history and recent print jobs.
