The University has access to Google Meet as part of the G-Suite collaborative work environment. Google Meet is based on the Hangouts environment and is an easy to use video call system that supports screen sharing, auto-captions, Google calendar integration and recording.
All members of the University have automatic access to the service. External and guest attendees can easily be invited to meetings alongside University members via a simple link. It’s therefore very suitable for informal meetings with parties external to the University.
