The department makes use of several central University administrative systems:

• CamSIS – Student information system
• Moodle – VLE used for teaching materials and some committee papers
• UFS – University Finance System
• CHRIS – HR System
• Employee Self-Service – Self-service functions including viewing payslips and updating personal details 
• University IT Services catalogue – Listing of services available from the UIS
