Access to CREO Software

CREO is available on a cost basis only. The cost to access CREO for Academic staff and Postgraduate students is currently £94.50 per annum from September each year. Pro rata charges are applied for any requests received throughout the year. Academic staff can request access to CREO for 4th Year Project students free of charge. MPhil cohorts can be provided with access for a collective charge of £94.50 per annum.

Please contact ics-admin@eng.cam.ac.uk to request access to CREO. Please ensure you provide a source of funds to cover the access charge and details (name/CRSid) of any students that will also need be included.

Teaching use – Please note Creo is no longer available for teaching purposes and is not available on the teaching system.

Installation instructions

Please note that you will be unable to access the licence server without having paid for a licence.  Your CRSid needs to be on the list of accounts allowed to access CREO

Please contact helpdesk@eng.cam.ac.uk for instructions on installing CREO or if technical support is required. Please ensure you provide full details of any technical issues including screenshots of any errors.

There is no installation required to use the software, as it is a cloud-based solution.

Please contact whittle-support@eng.cam.ac.uk for instructions on using Onshape.  Technical support for the app is provided by Onshape directly within the app.
